The structural form of plunger pump

Plunger pumps are divided into two representative structural forms: axial piston pumps and radial piston pumps; Due to the fact that radial piston pumps are a new type of high-efficiency pump with high technological content, with the continuous acceleration of localization, radial piston pumps will inevitably become an important component of the application field of piston pumps; A radial piston pump is a piston pump whose reciprocating motion direction is perpendicular to the driving shaft. Working principle of radial piston pump: The driving torque is transmitted from the drive shaft to the star shaped hydraulic cylinder rotor through a cross coupling, and the stator is not subjected to other lateral forces. The rotor is installed on the distribution shaft. The radially arranged plunger located in the rotor is tightly attached to the eccentric stroke stator through static pressure balanced sliding shoes. The plunger is connected to the sliding shoe ball joint and locked by a snap ring. Two retaining rings clamp the sliding shoes onto the travel stator. When the pump rotates, it relies on centrifugal and hydraulic forces to press against the fixed inner surface. When the rotor rotates, due to the predetermined eccentricity, the plunger will move back and forth, and its stroke is twice the predetermined eccentricity. The eccentricity of the stator can be adjusted by two plugs on the pump body that are radially positioned relative to each other. The inlet and outlet of oil are controlled by the oil suction port on the distribution shaft through the flow channels on the pump body and distribution shaft. The liquid pressure generated in the pump body is absorbed by the surface of the static pressure balance. The static pressure balance of the friction pair adopts an overbalanced pressure compensation method, forming an open-loop control. The bearings that support the drive shaft only serve as supports and are not affected by other external forces. In hydraulic systems, axial piston pumps operate by utilizing the volume change generated by the reciprocating motion of the plunger parallel to the transmission shaft in the plunger hole. Due to the fact that the plunger and plunger hole of the plunger pump are both circular parts, high precision fit can be achieved during machining;
